Terms of Use
Short version: bring your own music, treat other people's music as borrowed, and expect a product that's still moving.
Your account
- You must be 18 or older to use TuneCheck.
- Keep your sign-in secure; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- One person, one account. Invitations, where used, activate a single account.
What you upload
- You keep ownership of your recordings.
- You confirm you have permission to share what you upload, including any collaborators' contributions.
- AI-generated music is not allowed on TuneCheck. This is a permanent policy.
- You grant TuneCheck only the permission needed to store your audio and play it to the audience you selected.
What you may not do
- Record, download, redistribute, reuse or share another member's music without their permission.
- Try to bypass sign-in, another member's visibility settings, or selected-listener access.
- Harass, threaten or demean other members.
- Upload anything you don't have the rights to, or anything illegal.
- Scrape, resell or automate access to TuneCheck content.
Visibility and access
Community TuneChecks are available to signed-in TuneCheck members. Selected-listener access is tied to the recipient's account and cannot be transferred by forwarding a URL. Anonymous public listening is not currently enabled. TuneCheck does not provide an audio-download feature.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
Use the in-app feedback action to report a member, a TuneCheck, or a piece of feedback. We can hide content and revoke access for misuse. Blocking controls are still being built; until they ship, reports are handled by hand.
Deletion and ending your participation
You can delete individual TuneChecks, individual Studio projects, or your whole account. Deletion removes content from the live service promptly; backup expiry follows our providers' verified retention schedules.
A product still in motion
TuneCheck is provided as-is. Features may change or break, and access may be revoked. Nothing here creates a guarantee we can't technically meet.
